- Pre-approvals are good for 30-90 days; this allows you time to search for a home with confidence, knowing what you can afford.
Time to start your search!
Step 1:
Create a needs and wants list. This will help us focus on what is vital in your future home. Needs are your non-negotiable features; wants are the ones you'd like to have but can add or change down the road.
Step 2:
I will set up a search for you based on your needs and requirements, and you will receive emails the second a home that fits your criteria goes live. The best part is that we can make an offer the same day a listing goes live because you have your pre-approval ready. Additionally, send me listings you like, and I can get more information or set up showings on your behalf.
Step 3:
Have your escrow funds ready. Typically escrow funds need to be sent to your closing attorney via wire or check 24-48 hours after your offer is accepted. You'll also need to make an escrow deposit of at least 1-2% of the purchase price. This will go towards your closing costs at closing.
