The SHG Difference

We believe in staging every home regardless of the price point. In 2020, 85% of staged homes sold for 5-23% more than un-staged homes. However, only 38% of agents stage all their homes before listing them. 

We have seen evidence that homes that are staged sell for significantly more and in less time than homes that aren’t. In order to provide this service to every client at a minimal cost, our team has our own inventory and staging designer.
